1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bajivaip platform and all its services. By accessing bajivaip through the website, app or any other means, you automatically agree to these Terms.

bajivaip is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the bajivaip platform:

3 Account Registration and Management

Single Account Policy

Only one bajivaip account is permitted per individual, family, household address, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

Updating Account Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of registration remains accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure and funds being withheld.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bajivaip is ৳100. This minimum limit applies to all payment methods.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Currency and Tax

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

bajivaip offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a bonus of ৳1,200 and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15) in bets before withdrawing.

• All eligible games count toward wagering.
• Requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• There may be a maximum bet limit on bets placed with bonus funds.

Cashback and VIP Benefits

bajivaip's VIP program has 5 tiers — from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities are conducted in accordance with bajivaip's established rules. Bets may be voided due to technical issues, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Each game's own rules apply.
• Results may be declared void in certain situations due to system errors.
• In live betting, the decision of the dealer or referee is final.

Sports Betting

Live and pre-match betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC events), football (FIFA and other leagues) and other sports. If an event is cancelled or suspended, action will be taken in accordance with bajivaip's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajivaip platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.

bajivaip's total liability will not exceed the current balance in the user's account under any circumstances. Maximum effort is made to operate the platform securely and reliably, and SSL encryption is used.

9 Intellectual Property

The bajivaip website, logo, brand name, content, design and software are entirely the intellectual property of bajivaip. Without prior written permission:

• No content from bajivaip may be copied, reproduced or distributed.
• The brand name or logo may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The platform's software may not be reverse engineered or modified.

All content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is owned by their respective owners.
